To ensure the highest standard of safe, personalized care, all iron infusions at Anara require a prescription and referral from a licensed healthcare practitioner. Referrals can be sent directly to our clinic, or you may use the form provided below for ease and convenience.

Once the iron is dispensed, it will be administered by a Registered Nurse in our clinic.
We act as a third-party infusion provider and do not supply the medication directly.
